TAM's customers include prime aircraft manufacturers, second tier sub-contractors, independent fabrication houses, machine shops, licensed FAA repair stations, military bases and after-market suppliers.

The maximum size of parts or materials that TAM can process is: 21' length x 8' width.

TAM's systems are based on Mil-I-45208, ISO and D1-9000 standards. Although not currently registered by either ISO or D1-9000 the company does plan to meet NADCAP standards by late 2003.
